Our Bristol and Cardiff depots are operating normally following an improvement in local weather conditions. Road conditions in many parts of the UK are still hazardous however and some delivery delays should be expected. We are continually monitoring the status of deliveries and operations at more than 120 associated UK depots - and will make every effort to notify you of delays or other delivery problems. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their patience and co-operation during the recent period of exceptional weather conditions, which has been much appreciated.

Our Bristol and Cardiff depots remain open and will continue to accept your same day, overnight and international courier requests. Fresh snowfall overnight onto roads which were already icy has resulted in hazardous driving conditions in many areas of the region and throught many other parts of the United Kingdom. We are continually monitoring the status of deliveries and operations at more than 120 associated UK depots - and will make every effort to notify you of delays or other delivery problems. Customers are respectfully asked to book collections as early as possible, which will help us to maintain an acceptable level of service for all of our customers.

All depots are open for business as usual. Road conditions in the Bristol & Cardiff areas have improved further today, but snow and ice will continue to make driving conditions hazardous on untreated roads. Further snow has been forecast for Tuesday evening and Wednesday. Some depots around the Country are reporting continued delivery problems and we'll continue to monitor the status of deliveries across the UK and will report any problems to you.

The road conditions in the South West have improved but snow and ice will continue to make driving conditions extremely difficult in many areas, and some delivery problems should be expected where there has been fresh snowfall. We will continue to monitor the status of deliveries across the UK and report any problems to you.

Our depots are open for business as usual. Snow and ice will continue to make driving conditions extremely difficult in many areas, and this is likely to cause some delivery problems. Fresh snowfall is forecast in the South West and Wales over the weekend and so further disruption is possible. We will continue to monitor the status of deliveries across the UK and report any problems to you.

Our depots are open for business as usual. Freezing temperatures overnight have made driving conditions extremely difficult in many areas, and this is likely to cause some delivery problems. We expect conditions to improve int the South West & Wales during the next 24 hours and will continue to monitor the status of deliveries and report any problems to you.

Heavy snow and ice have been affecting transport and travel in many areas of the United Kingdom during the past few weeks. Every effort is being made by our associated delivery depots around the Country to maintain the highest levels of service, sometimes under very difficult and challenging circumstances.
