We are sorry to advise that due to problems with the BT network, we are having issues with incoming calls. This means that occassionally, we can hear the caller but customers cannot hear us.
This problem is sporadic and proving difficult to resolve, however our own technical support company are working on the fault and liaising with BT.
In the meantime, customers are advised to book on-line using their Net Despatch account, e-mail bookings@priorityexpress.co.uk to request a collection or call back, or simply keep trying as eventually you should be connected normally. If you have major problems getting your call answered, you can also book via our Cardiff depot on 02920 590464.
