Net Despatch have received a number of support calls relating to Java 6 updates 10,11 and 12.

They have acknowledged a problem with some browser & operating system combinations where it causes blank labels to be printed.

Net Despatch are currently documenting the evidence so they can work with Sun Microsystems who are the providers of the Java Runtime Environment, to resolve it.

The current advice is to re-install Java 1.6, update 7 JRE from:
