2009 Customer Survey

Our 2009 Customer Survey was well supported so thank you to everyone who participated in the survey. Your answers, comments and feedback are greatly appreciated.

This year, we are especially pleased that 99% of the customers who responded to the survey said their experience was "Excellent" or "Very Good" when dealing with us on the telephone and that 100% rated us "Excellent" or "Very Good" in terms of our collection service.

With increasing numbers of clients using our on line booking & tracking system, Net Despatch, it was also reassuring that almost 90% of users rated the system as "Excellent" or "Very Good".
