Net Despatch Upgrade

Net Despatch have succesfully upgraded the Net Despatch booking and tracking system, resulting in a more powerful system with additional functionality.

We are also aware that between 9:00am & 10:30am this morning, a number of customers experienced difficulty in booking collections online, which was caused by a technical fault related to this upgrade, and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
