To send a package with Priority Express, you do not need to have an account. If you are sending parcels on a regular basis, you may want to consider opening an account. To apply for a credit account, please complete our simple form and we will process your account as quickly as possible, usually within one working day.

We can offer same day collections within the BS and BA postcode. However, postcodes outside of these will need to be collected the following day. We require 24 hours' notice for all “out of area” collections.
Our overnight courier service delivers to anywhere in the UK, except PO boxes and military bases.
We offer a pre-10am and a pre-12pm Saturday delivery. We currently do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Upon booking the consignment, you will receive a confirmation email and also a label. This label will need to be printed and put onto the parcel as it will be scanned as it travels throughout the network.
Whenever you send a parcel, it is important to make sure it is packaged well. Whilst every care will be taken to deliver your overnight delivery safely, a well packaged parcel will reduce any risk of damage. A sturdy box, some brown tape and packing materials like bubble wrap or packing paper will all help to keep your parcel safe during transit.
We will ask what time your parcel will be ready and the latest time we can collect from you, and arrange a courier to collect within these times. We ask you for a minimum hour window.

Our advanced parcel tracking system will confirm when your parcel has been delivered. Simply click here and enter your consignment number and the postcode of the delivery address. You can also contact customer services who may be able to provide you with photos of the delivery or the GPS coordinates of the delivery driver when delivery was made.
Consignments can be left in a safe place. However, these instructions need to be entered onto the consignment prior to sending or arranged with customer services.
Our courier will leave a ‘Sorry we missed you” card at the recipient's address. They will need to follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or make arrangements to collect the parcel. Please be aware that your parcel may be returned to you if your recipient does not get in touch with us.
Additional charges can be incurred if the delivery address is incorrect on the consignment and the new/correct delivery address is covered by another depot.
Consignments are covered up to £100 or £50 depending on the service booked. As long as you are not sending a restricted item, enhanced liability can be taken in £1000 increments.
